Download/Install CODESYS Programming Software
Firstly, download the CODESYS software from the official website (store.codesys.cn). The current latest version is V3.5SP19.5 (note that you can choose any version, but be mindful of the distinction between 32-bit and 64-bit versions when downloading).
The software is completely free of charge.
Hardware Requirements: 2.5 GHz processor; 8 GB RAM; 4 GB of available disk space.
Software Requirements: Windows 8 or above.
It is recommended to use administrator privileges during installation and choose a complete installation. Do not install to the same disk with crack software that uses Webu encryption (the installation process is simple, so we can skip the details).

After installation is complete, a Control Win SysTray icon will appear in the bottom-right corner of your computer. Right-click on it to start the PLC. If the device turns red, it indicates that the PLC has been successfully started.

Downloading Program to PLC
Open the CODESYS software, and you should be able to scan for devices and connect to them for downloading.
