 1 Delete Boot Project 

Go online with current PLC project and delete current Boot Project.


















2  “Clean all” 

Select function “Clean all” at PLC project.

















Confirm 1. Message box with “Ja”










Confirm 2. Message box with “Nein”










This will delete the Var config created by last scanning in System Manager 

3 “Rebuild all” 

Select function “Rebuild all” at PLC project. 

Warning 1990: no ‘VAR_CONFIG’ for ‘xxx’ appears for all variables with 

var config, ignore this.












4 Scan PLC Project and restart 

Scan / Rescan PLC Project in Systemmanager 
















Check PLC Settings 

Generate mappings, Check configuration, Activate configuration and Restart 

System in Run Mode
















Following Error Message will appear. Click on “OK” Button.











5 “Rebuild all” again 

Warning 1990: no ‘VAR_CONFIG’ for ‘xxx’ disappears for all variables 

with var config.

6 Create Boot Project 

Go online. Click on “Yes” button at following Message box. 

Start PLC by F5 Button. 
















Save and create Boot Project.
